Thanks for booking with Trail Courts! It is of outmost importance that staff and clients stay safe during this time. Therefore, Trail Court have implement a few new policies and standards.
*Please read the below changes in policies at Trail Courts.
1) Although not required, we strongly encourage that all clients wear masks in common areas, including locker rooms, hallways, stairwells, and atrium. Once you enter your court, you are able to remove your mask.
2) Upon entering, every patron is required to check in with the front desk and sanitize their hands.
3) You are permitted to enter the premises 5 min prior to your booking.
4) We will no longer will be accepting cash payments.
5) There will no longer be a water fountain available. Please bring your own water bottle, or water can be purchased at the front desk .
6) Trail Court staff will be sanitizing the locker rooms and common areas every hour
7) If you have symptoms of COVID19, have travelled in the last 14days outside of Canada, or have been in contact with someone with known or probable COVID19, you are not allowed to enter the premises.
8) We will be requiring all patrons to book online and include their contact information as well as the name of their playing partner for contact tracing purposes.
9) Hand sanitizer and sanitizing spray will be readily available for all clients, and we encourage regular use of hand sanitizer.
By booking a court time, you agree to the above terms and policies. Violation of any of the above measures will forfeit your ability to use the Trail Courts facilities.
